We are still at the beginning of our journey, but we have a big dream!

Our goal is to build a worldwide, loyal and reliable sharing community so that you can send and receive products throughout Europe, cheap, fast and flexible. For this, of course, you are asked to become a part of this great plan. Join our group and design the service together with us! Become the courier of products for your neighbour(s) or be the sender of your own products cheap, quick and flexible.

Your contribution to this global sustainable goal will help us to make CrowdSender a secure and trustworthy sharing economy for all its users.

In this document we describe the standard specifications of user behaviour of the CrowdSender platform and Tipps & Tricks for keeping you safe. We kindly ask you to respect these rules same as well as you desire to be respected by other community members in order to get the best crowd shipping experience.

The described Community Rules, together with the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, represent the agreement between you and CrowdSender. Without your consent to our Community Rules, unfortunately, you are not allowed to use the CrowdSender platform.

1. Respect and be respected

Each CrowdSender user has the same rights as you, thus each community member is equally important and deserves to be respected in return. The offensive behaviour of the users can lead to blocking and/or termination of their accounts. That kind of users’ behaviour cannot be tolerated or accepted by CrowdSender. It is not allowed to participate in any kind of illegal activities, racism, insult, abuse, or harassment. If some of the users acts towards decreasing trustworthiness within the community (for example, providing and spreading false information, making payments outside the platform, cancelling numerous trips, accounts spamming etc.), we are obliged to react, which can even lead to deletion of your profile.

 

2. Fairness and trust

One of the main rules of our community is to treat other CrowdSender users as you wish to be treated by them. Be honest regarding the content of your parcels, the provided free luggage space or inside your vehicle, travel plans and transport details in order to prevent any unforeseen situations. Treat with respect the travel plans of other users and be very careful with the shipments that you are delivering.

3. Identity verification & honest review

CrowdSender is a crowd shipping platform that aims to provide a shipping and delivery services, in our case, by private couriers, such as regular commuters or casual travellers. Thus, the main credo of our platform is to build trust among travellers and senders. We work hard on establishing a transparent and secure environment within our shipping community. We kindly ask you to verify your user profile and give ratings other users once you have interacted with them to gather valid and extensive data about each other. By such an intense interaction, you are proving that you are a real person. This will help us to secure our community from fraud, fake accounts and spam, and to enhance the future CrowdSender user experience. We ensure to keep your personal data (date of birth, Email address, phone number etc.) always safe and private with CrowdSender. 

4. Interact

As we already mentioned above the trust is the highest priority of existence of the CrowdSender platform. Nothing better can increase trust on our platform as efficient and rational communication with other users. We encourage both Traveller and Sender to respond to requests and messages within the first 24 hours and periodically update the delivery status during the whole shipping process. Answering to messages on timely manner can lead to better ratings by other users and thus increasing chances for other successful deals.

5. Act within the CrowdSender platform

We only consider interactions such as communication, chatting and transactions that are done inside the CrowdSender platform. Any other transactions and agreements made outside the CrowdSender platform are not eligible for the Cancellation and Refund Policy. For your own safety we kindly ask you to avoid any communication and transactions outside the CrowdSender platform.
